You can find us over in Malviya Nagar, specifically at E 5/3, sharing space with Atul Bhalla. It’s a busy area of New Delhi, and finding a parking spot near the office is usually a nightmare for anyone visiting. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, trying to figure out where shipments are and when they might actually arrive. Import and export work sounds like it might be exciting, but mostly it is just a lot of forms and waiting for people to call you back. Our office is functional, mostly filled with files and old boxes that we haven’t quite decided where to put yet. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our desks working through the daily list of tasks. Malviya Nagar is a good spot because it’s central, even if the traffic is a bit much. We’ve been operating from here for a while and the rhythm of the neighborhood suits us. It gets quite loud outside during the market hours, but we just close the windows and keep going. We don’t have any fancy brochures to hand out. We just handle the goods and make sure the paperwork matches up. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the evening.
