We are based out in Phase One of the Okhla Industrial Area, at building A-215/B. Okhla is a massive place with trucks constantly moving in and out, and we have been a part of it for a long time. Our business is all about sewing machines and industrial sewing equipment. It’s a niche field, but there is always a demand for it. The building itself is a sturdy concrete structure that has seen a lot of use. Inside, we have rows of machines waiting for repairs or ready to be sent out to factories. It’s not a quiet place, as there is always the sound of testing or tools clinking. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people who understand how these machines work from the inside out. Most of our day is spent with our hands inside the mechanisms, adjusting gears and belts. We have a small area where we keep the paperwork, but the real work happens on the floor. The coffee machine in the corner is our best friend on long afternoons. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or promotional talk. If a customer has a machine that isn't working, we fix it. It’s as simple as that. Okhla can be a tough place with the heat and the crowds, but it’s where the work is. We plan to stay here and keep helping the local garment industry as long as we can.
