Our place is over in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I. It’s the kind of area where you see a lot of trucks and people moving crates all day long. The building at A-215/8 is where we keep the machines and handle the paperwork. It’s dusty outside because of all the construction and the traffic, but inside we try to keep things organized. We spend most of our time talking to people about their sewing setups or looking for specific parts that someone needs urgently. It’s not a quiet job. There is always the sound of testing a motor or someone shouting over a forklift. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know how the day goes. We grab lunch from the local spots around the industrial estate. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the backup. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Just the address on the gate and a lot of work inside. Dealing with industrial equipment means your hands get a bit dirty sometimes, and the floor is usually covered in some kind of packing material. We just focus on getting the crates out of the door on time. The traffic in Okhla can be a nightmare in the evening, so we try to finish up before it gets too bad. It's just a regular warehouse and office life for us here.
