You can find us over at J-20 in Batla House. We are on the first floor, so you have to walk up the stairs. It’s right in the middle of Jamia Nagar, which is always crowded and full of life. Okhla is just a stone's throw away. Working here means hearing the bikes and the vendors all day long, but that's just part of the area. Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj has this spot here to manage things locally. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to deal with it. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done anyway. People stop by to ask questions, and we do what we can to help them out without any big fuss. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We know the shopkeepers nearby and where to get the best snacks for lunch. It’s a basic setup, nothing like those glass buildings you see in the city center. We just keep our heads down and do the job. We aren't about being fancy; we just want to get things sorted for the day and go home to our families.
