J.K. Machines Corp.

Down at A-134 in Pul Prahladpur, you’ll find J.K. Machines Corp. tucked away on Md Road in the Badarpur area. It’s a gritty part of town but it suits what we do just fine. We work with various machines, mostly older models that people still rely on for their daily operations. The shop floor is always crowded with spare parts, metal scraps, and half-finished projects. It’s not a place where you’d want to wear your best clothes. Our guys are usually deep into some engine or gear assembly, trying to figure out why it stopped humming. We’ve been at this location for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. There’s a tea stall just outside where we usually go when we need a break from the noise. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the machines apart and put them back together. The paperwork usually piles up on the desk because we’d rather be out there with the tools. Every now and then, a customer comes in with something we’ve never seen before, and that keeps the job interesting. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a handful of us making sure things keep running. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise until the shutters go down.
