We are down in the basement at C 7 in Lajpat Nagar 3. It’s a good spot because we are really close to the Lajpat Nagar Metro Station, so people don’t have to walk too far once they get off the train. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during those really hot Delhi summers, which everyone appreciates. We call ourselves Jiva Ayurveda Clinic and Panchkarma Center. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for the different treatments we do. Lajpat Nagar is always bustling, and you can hear the crowds and the metro even from downstairs. We have some regular patients who have been coming to us since we first opened. It’s a lot of work keeping everything clean, especially with the oils and things we use for Panchkarma, but we manage. The waiting area is small but cozy. We usually have some incense burning so it smells a certain way when you walk in. It’s just us here every day, trying to help people feel a bit better. We aren't part of some big chain with a call center. If you call, one of us will just pick up the phone. It’s practical and simple. Most of our furniture is stuff we’ve had for years. It’s a honest little clinic in a very busy part of town. If you're coming by metro, just look for C 7 once you come out.
