In the Saket area of New Delhi, you’ll find our Jaiprakash Associates Ltd office on the first floor of G-21. Sudip Banerjee is the name you’ll likely hear associated with this branch. It’s a nice enough spot in South Delhi, and being on the first floor makes it easy to get in and out. The office isn't overly large, but we’ve made the most of the space. It’s filled with the usual stuff—computers, printers, and stacks of paper that never seem to go away. We handle a variety of tasks here, mostly administrative and coordination work for the larger projects. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though it can get a bit loud when we have meetings or when the phones start ringing all at once. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook; we just do things in a way that makes sense for the day’s workload. We’re not into fancy titles or formal presentations. Usually, we’re just sitting around a table trying to solve a problem or plan for the next week. It’s a very human way to work. We like being in Saket because it’s well-connected, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We just show up, do our jobs as best as we can, and try to keep things organized. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense office where the focus is always on the actual work.
