Jagdish Overseas

Our office is located at W-45 in Greater Kailash-1. It is a residential area that has a lot of businesses tucked away in it. We have been here for a while, dealing with overseas shipments and all the logistics that go along with that. The rooms are filled with folders, ledgers, and samples of the products we handle. It is not like a regular retail shop where people just wander in. We are usually busy on the phone or typing out emails to people in different time zones. The pace is quite fast, and sometimes the office feels a bit chaotic with all the boxes waiting to be sent out. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to know which gate to come to. It is a family-run place, and we often have lunch together right there at the main table. There is always a lot to keep track of, from customs papers to shipping dates, and mistakes can be costly, so we try to be careful. Even though it is a serious business, it feels more like a home office because of where we are situated. We have grown over the years but we still keep things simple and direct. We don't use any slick sales talk; we just tell our clients what is possible and what isn't. It is a busy life, but we enjoy the challenge of making sure everything gets where it needs to go without too much trouble.
