Itihasa Leadership Academy Private Limited is located at B1/H3, Block B, in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Area. We’re right along Mathura Road, which means there’s a lot of traffic and activity around us all the time. Our space is more of an office setup where we work on leadership programs and training materials. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s a practical place to get things done. We spend a lot of our time planning out how to help people become better at managing their teams or leading their own small businesses. It’s just a few of us here in the office. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of coffee. The building is standard for this area—solid and functional. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the trucks on Mathura Road, but you get used to it after a while. We don't do a lot of fancy events or have a big front office. People usually find us through professional networks or by stopping in while they are in the industrial estate for other business. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We just want to offer something useful to the people who come our way. It’s a straightforward business and we take it one day at a time. The work is steady, and we like the routine we’ve built here in Block B.
