It Support

Our place, It Support, is located at G 1445 in Chittaranjan Park. It’s a pretty well-known neighborhood, and we’re set up in a spot that feels very much like a part of the local community. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s basically just a room filled with tools, spare parts, and monitors. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. Since we’re in a residential block, it’s mostly quiet, which is great for when we need to concentrate. People from around the area sometimes drop by with their devices, or we head out to help them. There’s no big corporate structure here, just a few of us who know our way around a computer. The desks are a bit messy, with screws and cables scattered about, but that’s how we work best. We have a small area for making tea and that’s about the extent of our amenities. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the neighbors know us by now. It’s a simple setup where we can just focus on fixing problems without any of the extra fluff. We don’t wear uniforms or have big meetings. We just take the calls as they come and try to be as helpful as possible to anyone who needs a hand with their tech. It's a small operation but it keeps us busy every day.
