Our office is tucked away at A-68 in New Friends Colony, New Delhi. It is a well-known area, but our building is just a regular one on the street. We focus on providing IT infrastructure, which basically means we deal with all the physical stuff that makes computers and networks work. If you came inside, you would see boxes of cables, server racks, and tools scattered around. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where everything is. We have been working out of this Delhi office for a long time. The traffic in this part of the city can be really tough, especially when we have to go out to a client's site with a truck full of gear. We are a small group of people who just enjoy the hands-on side of technology. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most of our work comes from people who know we will show up and get the wiring done right. We have our lunch at the local spots nearby and spend our afternoons troubleshooting various hardware issues. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes we get pretty dusty crawling under floors to run cables. We just keep at it every day and try to stay on top of the latest equipment. It is just how things go for us here in the city.
