You can find us in the basement at F-4, East of Kailash. It is right below the Apollo Clinic and quite close to the Airtel office. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during the heavy Delhi heat, which we all really appreciate. It’s a busy spot in South Delhi. We spend our time looking at various properties around this side of town. The office is usually full of maps and legal documents spread across the tables. We aren't big on fancy decorations or having expensive furniture. It is a working office where we actually get things done. People often drop in because they were already at the clinic or the mobile office nearby. We sit them down, offer them some water, and talk about what’s available in the market. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with owners and buyers. We know these streets like the back of our hand. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We keep track of the new developments and who is moving where. It’s a lot of legwork, really. We spend much more time out on site visits than sitting behind our desks. There is always someone coming in with a question about a lease or a sale. We just try to give them clear answers without any of the extra fluff. It is just a practical, local way of doing things in East of Kailash.
