Our office is located at J-31 in Lajpat Nagar III, specifically in the Arghya Apartments. It’s a decent area of New Delhi, though the parking can be a real headache some days. We work on shipping stuff for Interocean Shipping India Pvt Limited, dealing with the sea and the logistics that come with it. It’s mostly about coordinating with ports and making sure the documentation is actually correct. We aren't a big flashy company with a glass front. We’re just inside this apartment block doing our thing. Some of us have been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s mostly quiet inside the office, except for the sound of the printers going and people talking on their headsets. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just shipping and it’s a lot of hard work. We deal with the delays, the customs issues, and the usual problems that pop up when you're moving things across the ocean. Sometimes we stay late when a ship is coming into port and there's a lot of last-minute stuff to fix. It’s a plain existence but it keeps us busy. We just try to keep our heads down and get the paperwork filed. Being in Lajpat Nagar is nice because there’s good food nearby when we finally get a break from the phones. It is a simple place where we focus on the task at hand.
