We are located at Plot 300/A in South Extension 2. It’s a decent area of Delhi, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Our space is more of a hub for coordinating things. We deal with facility management, which basically means we are the people who get called when things go wrong in a building. It might be a plumbing issue or something with the electricity or just general upkeep. We aren't sitting in a fancy air-conditioned lounge all day. Most of the time, someone is on the move or handling a phone call about a repair. The office has a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of logbooks. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a lot of wall decorations or anything. We just need a place to organize the schedules and make sure the staff knows where they are going. South Ex 2 is a central enough spot for us to reach different parts of the city. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the neighborhood. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the hours are pretty strange because buildings don't wait for a convenient time to have a problem. We just take it as it comes. It's a service job, plain and simple, and we try to be reliable about it without making a big deal out of it. Dealing with keys and broken pipes is just our Tuesday.
