We are over at C-257/2 in Shaheen Bagh, which is part of the Okhla and Jamia Nagar area in New Delhi. Our office handles the distribution and support for various industrial devices across India. It’s a busy part of the city, and our street is always full of activity. We’ve got a small crew working here in the office. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have desks, some shelves for stock, and a lot of technical drawings tucked away in corners. Most of our time is spent making sure the right parts go to the right people. We talk to a lot of engineers and factory managers who need specific components for their machines. Shaheen Bagh is a lively place to work, though it can get quite crowded during the rush hours. We’ve become used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big signs or polished lobbies. We just want to make sure the devices we sell are working like they should. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork or to wait for a delivery that got stuck in traffic. It’s just the reality of doing business in Delhi. We know our regulars well and they know they can just drop by if they have a question. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little office here. It is what it is.
