Indica Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is based out of 108/3 in Madangir Village. It’s right opposite the L.S.C. Pushp Vihar, so we have a good view of the local activity across the way. Madangir has a very specific feel to it—it’s not like the polished office parks you see in other parts of the city. Our building is a bit older, and we share the area with all sorts of small shops and local residents. Inside our space, things are pretty simple. We do marketing, but not the kind you see on TV with big budgets and flashy lights. It’s more about the day-to-day grind of getting products noticed and helping businesses find their footing. There’s always someone coming in or out with a bag of samples or a stack of brochures. We don’t have a formal dress code here; we usually just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we’ve all learned to ignore over the months. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to sorting the mail. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stalls nearby and eat at our desks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate image. We’re just a local company in the village trying to do our work properly and keep our clients satisfied without any extra drama or unnecessary meetings.
