Our center is on the second floor of 17-A on the Ring Road. If you know where the Haldiram is in Lajpat Nagar 4, we are right across from it. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of activity outside. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise. We focus on IVF and research here. People come to us when they are having a hard time starting a family. It’s a sensitive kind of work, and we see people from all over Delhi and even from outside the city. The office isn't overly fancy, but we have the equipment we need for the lab work and the checkups. We don't use any of that "mission statement" talk. We just do the tests and help people understand their options. The staff stays busy with paperwork and patient files. Lajpat Nagar is a central spot, so it’s convenient for people to get to, though finding a parking space on the Ring Road is always a bit of a challenge. We have been here for a while and have seen many people go through the process. It takes a lot of patience. Some days are happy and some are tough, that’s just how IVF goes. We just take it one patient at a time and try to be honest about what’s possible. It is just what we do every day.
