Our office is tucked away on the second floor at 3210 Dispensary Lane. If you know Paharganj, you know the streets are narrow and always full of people and carts moving around. Ind Chem Agencies Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for years. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but it’s quiet once you get inside. We mostly deal with chemical supplies and coordinating between different suppliers. The space is filled with files and old ledgers, and maybe a few samples sitting around on the shelves. It’s definitely not a modern glass building, but it works for us and we know where everything is. Being in Paharganj means we're close to a lot of the main markets, which is handy even if the traffic is a nightmare. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just wait it out or work by the window light. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the landline to checking on deliveries. We’ve known the neighbors for a long time, and that makes the work day go by a bit easier. It’s a practical setup, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes things get hectic, but we manage to stay organized. That is how we have always done things here.
