Incubis Consultants is sitting right in the middle of Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II at 48/10. It’s a busy area with trucks moving around all day, so it’s never really quiet. Our building is a solid, functional place that matches the rest of the neighborhood. Inside, it’s a mix of open desks and piles of models we’ve made over the months. There’s always someone running around with a measuring tape or a roll of blueprints. We have a lot of pens that don't work and a printer that jams whenever you're in a hurry. The lights are a bit too bright, but we need them for the detailed work we do. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we’re just a bunch of consultants trying to figure out how to make things work better. Lunch is usually whatever we can find from the local vendors nearby. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we still find time to sit around and talk about nothing for a few minutes. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just look at each other, wondering what to do next. It’s not a perfect setup, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the paperwork, which is never-ending in this line of work.
