Our office is located at F 225 /3 in Andrews Ganj, right here in New Delhi. We deal with human capital, which is really just a fancy way of saying we help people find work and companies find workers. It’s a lot of interviewing and looking at resumes all day long. Andrews Ganj is a decent area to be in, and our office is pretty easy to get to once you know where it is. It’s usually quite busy around here with people coming in for meetings or to drop off papers. We have a small team of staff who handle the different industries we work with. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't really have a polished corporate vibe; it’s more about just getting the right person into the right spot. Some days are stressful when a client needs someone immediately, and other days are a bit slower. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been at this for a while, so we’ve seen all kinds of people looking for jobs. It’s interesting work, even if it’s mostly just administrative stuff at the end of the day. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just connect people and hope for the best for everyone involved. It’s a practical process that requires a lot of phone calls and emails to keep everyone updated on their status.
