Our academy is situated right on the ground floor at 55/B in Kalu Sarai. If you know this part of South Delhi, you know it is absolutely packed with educational centers and students everywhere you look. Being on the ground floor is a bit of a relief because nobody has to climb any stairs to get to us. The space inside is quite simple and functional. We have a few rooms set up for our teaching and administrative tasks. There aren't any bright lights or flashy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need for the day. Every morning, we open up the shutters and get things ready for the day's business. It is a very busy area, so there is a constant stream of people walking past our door. We just stick to our own routine and try to keep things organized. Our team is small, mostly just a handful of us who manage everything from the schedules to the basic maintenance of the office. We don't really have a big marketing budget or a corporate feel. It is just a local spot where we do our work as an academy. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we make it work. We have our desks, our files, and a kettle for making tea during the breaks. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense environment for everyone involved.
