Iffco Tokio General Insurance Co Ltd

Our office is on the 4th floor at A 15th in Okhla Vihar. We are right by the Babul Ilm Masjid in Jamia Nagar which is a very busy part of New Delhi. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of a workout every day because we are always running up and down for one thing or another. The area is always crowded with people and small shops and the noise from the street definitely reaches us up here. We work for Iffco Tokio General Insurance Co Ltd and this branch deals with a lot of the local folks living in Jamia Nagar. The office is a bit small and we have to squeeze past each other to get to the filing cabinets. We have some plants on the windowsills but they don't grow very well because of the Delhi smog. Most of our work is just explaining policy details to people who come in and making sure they have the right documents. It is a lot of talking and a lot of printing. We go through a ton of paper every month. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit and wait for it to come back so we can finish our work on the computers. It isn't a perfect place but we get the job done and the people around here seem to appreciate having an office they can just walk into without making an appointment.
