Icon Facilities

You can find Icon Facilities in the Batla House area of Jamia Nagar in New Delhi. We are located at D-16 on the 3rd floor, right in Lane No. 2. Being on the third floor means a lot of walking up and down, but it keeps us moving. The area is incredibly crowded and there is always a lot of energy in the streets. We have been in Okhla for some time now. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the facility work. It is not a polished corporate environment. We have shelves full of tools, some cleaning supplies, and a lot of logbooks. We handle the day-to-day things that keep buildings running, like fixing leaks or making sure the electricity is working. It is not always easy and the traffic in Delhi can make it hard to get to our clients on time. We are just a small crew of people who know how to fix things. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. Most of the neighbors know us and we often grab a quick snack from the vendors on the street. It is a busy, noisy, and somewhat messy place to work, but it suits us just fine. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day without any extra stress or complications.
