Our office is at House Number M 1 B in Malviya Nagar. It’s right near the Madan Mohan MCD Hospital, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. We are in the 110017 area of Delhi. Since we are in a house, it feels more like a home than a regular office. We use a few of the rooms to handle our construction and interior planning. There are always blueprints and samples lying around on the tables. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We have lived and worked in Malviya Nagar for years. We don’t have a big storefront with glass windows. It’s just a gate and then you come inside. We usually have people coming in to talk about their own houses, so it’s fitting that we work out of one. Sometimes the dog from next door barks while we are on the phone, but that’s just life here. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials on the walls, just some photos of projects we’ve finished. It’s an honest place where we work hard. We like the local feel of being tucked away in a Malviya Nagar street. It makes the work feel more personal for everyone who visits us here at our house office.
