Our team works out of Shiekh Sarai Phase II, specifically at 42-E in the L Pocket of New Delhi. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us, and we’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time. Holtec Consulting Private Limited is the name on the door, but inside, it’s just us sitting at our desks and trying to keep up with the workload. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, the office is a bit cluttered with papers and books because we’re actually working on things instead of worrying about how neat it looks. The area around L Pocket is pretty typical for New Delhi, with its own noise and energy. We like being here because it feels like a real part of the city, not some isolated business park. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for years. We don’t really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing very strictly; we just help each other out when a deadline is approaching. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs it, and other times we’re out the door as soon as the clock hits five. We don't have any grand mission statements or polished presentations about our values. We just show up, do the work we’re supposed to do, and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
