Our place is in Jawhar Park, specifically in B Block, House No-223. We are located in Khanpur, near Deblimore in New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know it’s crowded and loud, and our corner of Khanpur is no different. We are right in the thick of it. This office serves as a hub for our local operations for Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. It’s a regular building, nothing that stands out too much from the street. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze of desks and equipment. We have been in this block for a good bit of time now. The street outside is always full of activity, which can be distracting, but we’ve grown used to the noise of the traffic and the vendors. We aren't here to put on a show; we are here to manage construction projects. That means a lot of late hours and a lot of coffee. We don't have any marketing people here, just folks who know how to read a site plan and manage a budget. It’s practical work. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet is slow, but we find ways to keep things moving. We are just local residents who happen to work for a large construction firm, and we treat this office like our second home. It’s simple, honest, and very much a part of the Delhi lifestyle we all know. It is just what we do to get by.
