Hero Motors

We've been at the International Trade Tower in Nehru Place for quite a while now. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets around here with all the shops and people. Our office is on the sixth floor, unit 601. It’s a good spot with a decent view of the surroundings, though the elevators can be a bit slow during the morning rush or lunch. We mostly handle things related to motors and spare parts. Most of our day is spent on the phone or dealing with stacks of paperwork and shipments that need to go out. It’s not a very fancy operation, just a desk-and-chair kind of setup where we keep track of everything. People stop by sometimes to ask about specific components or just to check on an order they placed last week. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there’s usually a lot of paper sitting on the desks. It gets pretty noisy outside with all the traffic and people moving around the market area, but inside it’s just us doing the work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, more buildings going up and new food stalls opening downstairs. We just stay focused on what we need to get done for our customers. Sometimes we grab tea from the guy nearby when things get quiet in the afternoon. It’s a steady pace most of the time. We don't have a big showroom here, just the main office where the business side of Hero Motors happens. It works for us.
