Hero Exports

We are Hero Exports and our place is at 50, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-Iii. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a sea of warehouses and factories. It’s a very busy place to work. There are trucks coming in and out at all hours, and the noise of machines is just part of the background music here. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a solid place where we get the work done. We do a lot of exporting, which means we spend half our lives looking at shipping schedules and making sure boxes are packed right. It can be stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we’ve got a good crew who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. We don't have any polished receptionists or fancy waiting rooms. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a stack of crates or arguing over a customs form. It’s real work. We eat our lunch whenever we find a spare ten minutes. Okhla Phase III has its own kind of energy, very gritty and productive. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time and we’ve seen the estate change a lot, but the core of what we do at number 50 hasn't changed much. We just ship stuff out and hope the weather stays clear for the containers. It’s a practical business for practical people who just want to get things done.
