HEIAN HOTERU RESORTS LLP

Heian Hoteru Resorts LLP is located out in Satbari, at Plot Number 14 in Khasra Number 40. Satbari is a bit further out in South Delhi, and it’s a lot quieter than the middle of the city. We have a bit more space here in the 110074 area, which is nice. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge headquarters. It’s just a straightforward office on a plot of land where we manage our resort interests. The name Heian Hoteru has a bit of a Japanese ring to it, which we liked. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practical side of property and resorts. It’s not all glamorous; there’s a lot of checking on supplies and talking to maintenance people. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just do our own work and talk to people like we normally would. The roads out here can be a bit dusty and rough, but we like the pace of things in Satbari. It’s a different side of Delhi. We aren't trying to be the most famous resort company in the world. We just want to do a good job and keep our business running smoothly. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at different sites. We keep things simple and don't bother with fancy mission statements. We just work hard and try to stay honest about what we can do. It’s a steady life for us here.
