Our workshop is out in Gadaipur, near P.O Randhawa Masanda. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but it is where all the actual work happens. We call the place Gripwell Tools Industries locally. It is a proper industrial setting with the sound of metal hitting metal and the smell of oil and grease everywhere. We make different kinds of tools and metal parts here. It is the kind of job where you are definitely going to get your hands dirty by lunchtime. We have got some heavy machinery that has been with us for years, and we know exactly how to fix them when they start acting up. Being in a village area like Gadaipur means things move at a slightly different pace than the big city, but we still work hard to meet our deadlines. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department to speak of. If you want to see what we do, you just come to the shed and look at the tools sitting on the bench. We are proud of the fact that we just build stuff that works for people. It is loud, it is sweaty, and there is always something that needs grinding or polishing before the day is over. We just keep our heads down and focus on the metalwork because that is what we know how to do best.
