Health & Muscle Gym

Health & Muscle Gym is located in the basement of building 584 in Chirag, Delhi. We are right near the main gate and just opposite the Prachin Shiv Mandir, so it’s a very easy spot to find if you live in the area. We’ve been operating out of this basement for a while now. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We have the racks, the dumbbells, and some cardio stuff for whoever wants it. Because we are across from the temple, it’s usually pretty peaceful outside, though it gets busy on the street during certain times of the day. Inside, we just focus on keeping things moving. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a local business owned by people who live right here. We see a lot of younger guys coming in to bulk up and some older folks just trying to stay fit. The floor is a bit worn in places, but the equipment is solid. We don’t do much in terms of promotions. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard from a friend. It’s a humble spot but we take care of it. We like being a part of the Chirag community. If you want a place that is just about the workout without any extra noise, we are here. Just come down the stairs and you will see us.
