Our office is on the second floor of D-159/A in Okhla Phase-I. It is a busy industrial area, and being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street, though it is mostly just trucks and traffic. We deal with international trade and logistics here. This means we spend a lot of our time looking at shipping documents, customs forms, and tracking numbers. It is a lot of paperwork and it has to be done carefully so there are no delays at the port or the airport. We are a small team and we all sit in one main room. It is not a fancy corporate environment. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have our computers, our phones, and a lot of folders. We have been working out of Okhla for a good while and we know the ins and outs of the trade business. Sometimes things go wrong with a shipment and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to track it down. It can be stressful, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just help move goods from one place to another. We have built up some good relationships with transporters and agents over the years. It is steady, honest work that keeps us very busy every single day. We stay until the last task is finished.
