We are located over in Arjun Nagar, specifically at 802 Kotla Mubarkpur, right across from Defence Colony. It’s a busy area and the traffic can be a nightmare during the day. Inside, we mostly deal with glass. It’s heavy, breakable work and requires a lot of attention. We have the machines for toughening the glass and a few guys who have been with us for years. It’s not a quiet place; there’s always the sound of cutting or the machines running in the back. Sometimes the office smells like oil and dust. We deal with contractors and people doing up their houses who need something stronger than regular window glass. We don't have a slick sales pitch. Usually, people just tell us the measurements and we get to work. We’ve had to replace a lot of equipment over the years to keep things moving. Our space isn't the most modern-looking office you’ll ever see, but it’s where we do our work every day. We spend a lot of time double-checking the edges and making sure everything is flat. It’s a lot of physical work and standing on your feet. We just try to keep the orders moving out the door on time. If a sheet breaks, we just have to start over and keep going until it is right. It is tiring but it keeps us going every day. We just focus on the glass and getting it delivered.
