Our place is on the second floor of A-15 in Hauz Khas. It’s a good location, though climbing the stairs every day keeps us fit I guess. We operate Gsbrc Hotels And Resorts Private Limited from this office. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for hotels. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure things are running where they should be. Hauz Khas is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy around the building. We’ve got some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the other people in the building. It feels like a small community. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just focus on the task at hand. If there’s a problem with one of the properties, we try to fix it. If someone needs a booking confirmed, we do that. It’s pretty straightforward. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’d rather just spend our time getting the work done right. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us.
