Group Housing

This might sound a bit different, but Group Housing is actually run out of Room No.106 in the New S.R.K Hostel. We are right there at Jamia Millia Islamia in Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. Being based in a hostel room in a university area like 110025 means there is always a lot of energy around. It is not your typical business office with leather chairs and a receptionist. It is more of a boots-on-the-ground setup. We handle housing matters and try to keep everything organized from this small space. It gets pretty crowded in Jamia Nagar, and the noise from the students and the traffic is just something you live with. We started here because it was convenient and we have just stayed. It is a very practical way to operate when you are dealing with local housing issues. We do not have a big budget for fancy things, so we just focus on the work that needs doing. Every day someone drops by or there is a new problem to solve. It keeps us on our toes. Running things from a hostel room has its challenges, like limited space for files, but we make it work. It is just a real, everyday operation helping people out with their living situations in this part of Delhi. We aren't fancy, but we are here and we are working. That is what matters to us.
