Gramco India Foundation

Gramco India Foundation is located in Flat No. 604, which is in Tower 09 of the Puri Pratham Apartments. This is out in Sector-84, over in Kheri Kalan. It’s a much newer area compared to the old parts of Delhi, so the buildings are tall and there is more space between them. Being on the sixth floor of Tower 09 gives us a decent view of the surrounding complex and the roads leading out of the sector. The apartment complex is quite large, and sometimes the security at the gate takes a while to let visitors through. The flat itself is a standard residential layout that we use for our foundation work. It’s got white tiled floors and those big sliding windows that let in a lot of dust if you leave them open. We use one of the bedrooms as a main office and the living area for meetings when people stop by. The kitchen is mostly just used for making tea or heating up lunch. Sector-84 is still developing, so there is often construction noise nearby, but it is generally quieter than living right on a main road in the city center. We like the fact that there is an elevator, especially on days when we have to bring in boxes of paper. It’s a modern setup, but we haven't done much to decorate it, so it feels a bit plain but functional.
