Goyal Milk Store

Our store is at L-1 H.N-1850 in Sangam Vihar. We are located right near the Sthal Mandir, which is a big landmark for anyone living in this part of town. The shop is a simple place, mostly just a counter and some big refrigerators to keep the milk and dairy products cold. We open up very early in the morning when most of the neighborhood is still asleep. That’s when the milk delivery comes, and we have to get everything unloaded and ready before the first customers arrive. It’s a fast-paced hour or two as people come by to get what they need for their morning tea or breakfast. After the morning rush, things settle down a bit, and we spend time cleaning the floors and checking our stock. Sangam Vihar is a crowded place, and our shop is no exception. We know most of the people who come in by name because they live just a few houses away. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't have any fancy marketing or advertisements. People know where we are and what we sell. Sometimes we sit on a stool outside the shop when it’s quiet and watch the world go by. It’s hard work being here seven days a week, but it’s what we do. We just keep the milk cool and the shop open for the community we’ve been part of for years. It's just a regular life here.
