You can find us at D-12 in Kailash Colony. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real pain sometimes during the day. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite some time. It’s an impex business, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or computer dealing with shipments and paperwork. It isn't a huge corporate setup. It’s just us in a few rooms trying to keep track of where everything is going. We handle a lot of different items, and the inventory changes depending on the month. Sometimes the hallway is full of samples that we need to sort through. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. Usually, it’s just one of us getting up to see who’s there. We try to keep things organized, but when several orders come in at once, it gets a bit hectic. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight for everyone in the office. We just focus on getting the imports and exports handled without too much fuss. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we just do the job. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, just in keeping the operations running smoothly for everyone involved in the chain.
