You can find our office at S-7 on the second floor in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gives us a good view of the street below. We are in the export business, so our work involves a lot of sourcing and checking products before they leave the country. The office is a bit crowded with samples from different manufacturers. We have shelves lined with all sorts of things we’ve worked with over the years. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Okhla is a very busy area, so there is always some noise from the factories nearby or the traffic on the main road. We have a small team of people who handle the documentation and the logistics. Most of us have been here for a long time, so we’ve become like a small family. We don't have any corporate policies about how to speak or what to wear. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is going out, and other times we leave a bit early if things are quiet. It’s a very informal way of working, which suits us just fine. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep our clients happy.
