It’s more of a residential-style office, which is common enough in this part of South Delhi. Being in an apartment building means it’s a bit quieter than a shop on the main road. We’ve been operating from here for a while. We handle various trading and administrative tasks for the company. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and some computers. There’s a small team of us who come in every day. We deal with a lot of emails and phone calls. Alaknanda is a nice area with plenty of trees and parks, so it’s a pleasant place to work. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. Most of our work is done behind the scenes on the computer. We aren’t the type to put up big billboards or run ads in the papers. We just focus on our specific niche and keep things moving. Sometimes the parking in Shivalik Apartment can be a bit of a nightmare, especially in the evenings, so we usually tell people to take an auto-rickshaw if they are coming to visit us. We just keep things simple and professional without all the corporate fluff. It’s a straightforward operation, and we like it that way. We don't try to sound bigger or more important than we actually are. It's just us in the apartment doing our daily jobs.
