Gd Builder

Gd Builder is based on the third floor of H-78/19, specifically in the C-1 unit. We are located in Batla House, which is part of Jamia Nagar in New Delhi. The 110020 area is quite packed, and our building is right in the thick of it. Getting up to the third floor is our daily exercise. The office is not very big, but it is ours. We have a lot of blueprints and folders scattered around most of the time. It is a working office, so it is rarely perfectly clean. We have some old chairs for when people come by, though most of the time it is just us. Jamia Nagar has a life of its own, and we are just one small part of it. The street outside is always full of people and vendors. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine. We usually just use a small electric kettle. The lighting in the office is okay, though it gets a bit dim in the corners during the winter months. We have been here long enough that we know the neighbor’s schedule by the sound of their door. It is a humble setup, but it is where we get everything organized. No big corporate speeches here, just the sound of pens on paper and the occasional phone ringing. It is a simple place to work.
