You can find us at Block No. 1, House No. 55 in the Jangpura Extension area of Delhi. We’re right near the DAV School, so we hear the kids during their lunch break and when school lets out. Freight Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd. has been in this house for quite a while. It’s an older building, which gives it a bit of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb. Being in a residential-style house makes the office feel a bit different than a typical commercial block. We’ve got desks squeezed into the rooms, and there are papers everywhere. Delhi gets incredibly hot in the summer, and we’re always fiddling with the air conditioning to keep it cool enough to work. We spend our time managing freight, which means a lot of coordination with various people and agencies. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. Sometimes the neighborhood is quiet, but usually, there’s some kind of noise, whether it’s traffic or just local life. We have a steady routine. Most of us arrive around the same time, grab some water, and start going through the files. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local team doing the work that needs to be done. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes and how to handle the shipping delays that inevitably happen from time to time.
