Freight Age Logistics operates out of the first floor at L-126/A in Mahipal Pur Extension. Street Number 5 is usually pretty busy with bikes and delivery vans. We have been in this part of New Delhi for a while now. The office is not anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of files. We focus on getting freight from one place to another without too much fuss. Logistics in India is never simple, there is always a delay somewhere or a form that needs another stamp. We just spend our time sorting those things out so the customers do not have to. It is a lot of talking to transporters and checking on warehouse space. We are not into big marketing speeches. We just tell it like it is. If a truck is stuck, we say it is stuck and then figure out how to move it. Most of us here have grown up around this industry, so we do not mind the long hours. The office gets a bit hot in the summer, and the monsoon makes the street outside a bit of a mess, but we keep the doors open and the work moving. It is a regular local business life. We know our regulars by their voices on the phone. It is just a group of people working hard in Mahipal Pur. We do not need a lot of praise, we just want to keep the cargo moving smoothly.
