Freescale Semiconductor On Assignment

I am currently working on an assignment based out of Arjun Nagar in the Safdarjung Enclave area of New Delhi. The address is 197 F, and it is a typical Delhi spot with narrow streets and houses built close together. It is a very lively neighborhood, and you can always hear the sounds of the city right outside the door. I do not have a massive corporate headquarters or a glass building with my name on it. This is a more practical, hands-on setup where I can focus on the specific tasks I have been assigned. Safdarjung is a great part of the city because everything you need is just a short walk away, from small grocery shops to places to get a quick lunch. I usually spend my mornings getting organized and then I dive into the work for the rest of the day. It is not a very formal environment here. I wear regular clothes and I do not have a strict schedule other than getting the work finished on time. Being on assignment means things can be a bit temporary or shift around, but I have made myself at home in this space for now. It is an honest, hardworking atmosphere without any of the polish you might find in a big tech park. I just show up, do what needs to be done, and stay out of the way of the heavy Delhi traffic as much as I can.
