We've been over here at S-35 in Greater Kailash, Part-I for a good while now. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff with the machines. It gets busy, especially on Mondays when the phone starts ringing early. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we keep our paperwork and talk to whoever drops by. People usually come in looking for specific parts or wanting to know how a certain piece of equipment works. We try to give them a straight answer without making things complicated. It’s a lot of technical work, sure, but at the end of the day, it's about making sure things run like they’re supposed to. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down more than the actual industrial stuff, which is a bit of a joke around here. We know the neighborhood well and most of the shops around this part of GK-I. It feels like home after all these years. If you walk past S-35, you’ll likely see one of us through the window hunched over a desk or chatting with a technician. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know what we're doing. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit, but we’re still here doing the same thing. No big bells or whistles, just Fixopan Machines and the work we do. It’s steady, it’s honest, and it keeps us occupied from morning till evening. That’s pretty much how it goes for us.
