Being in a basement in Delhi has its pros and cons. It stays a bit cooler when the sun is beating down outside, which helps when you are lifting weights. We have a gym area and a spa too. It is a small local business, nothing like those big chains you see in the malls. We started this because we wanted a place in the neighborhood where you could just walk in and get to work. It is not the biggest place in the world, but we have managed to fit in what people need. The evenings are usually the busiest time since everyone comes by after their jobs. We do our best to keep the weights put away, but sometimes it gets messy. That is just life in a busy gym. The stairs can be a bit of a challenge after you have had a long workout, but you get used to it. We do not have any fancy slogans or big promises. We just provide the equipment and the space.
