Fitness Finesse

Fitness Finesse is tucked away at D 610 in C R Park, right opposite the Gate 2 of Deshbandhu Apartments. C R Park is a very specific kind of neighborhood, famous for its markets and the people who have lived here for decades. Our gym is very much a part of that local scene. It is not one of those huge glass-fronted gyms you see on the main roads. It is a bit more modest and fits into the residential feel of the area. Inside, the space is filled with the standard gym gear. We have some older benches, a rack of dumbbells, and a few cable machines that get used all day long. The walls are mostly covered in mirrors so people can check their form. It gets pretty lively in the mornings when the retired folks and the early birds come in before the sun gets too hot. By evening, it is a different crowd, mostly people coming back from their offices in other parts of Delhi. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of sweat and cleaning spray. It is a basic, no-nonsense setup where the equipment might creak a little, but it gets the job done. We do not have fancy towels or a juice bar. It is just a neighborhood gym where neighbors meet and get their workout finished before heading home for dinner. It is a small part of the daily life here.
