Fitmein

Fitmein is located right in the 110024 area of Delhi. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it can get around here. We aren't tucked away in some quiet corner; we are right in the thick of it. The idea here was always just to have a place where people could stop by and get some exercise in between their usual daily chores or work schedules. Delhi life is fast, and sometimes you just need to put your phone away and lift something heavy or run for a bit. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have some equipment and enough room to move around without bumping into each other too much. It’s not a flashy setup with neon lights and loud announcers. It’s more of a place where you recognize the faces of the people training next to you after a week or two. The morning crowd is usually pretty quiet, just getting their work done before the heat of the day really kicks in. By the afternoon, it picks up and you get that hum of people talking and the sound of the machines. We keep things pretty simple. There’s no complicated membership talk or high-pressure stuff. We just open the doors, keep the place as clean as we can, and let people do their own thing. It’s a local spot for local people who live around 110024 and need a break from the outside noise for a while.
