Felicity Real-Infra Private Limited

Our office for Felicity Real-Infra Private Limited is tucked away at House Number 1 in Savitri Nagar. It is right in the Malviya Nagar area of South Delhi, which is a place most people around here know pretty well. We have been using this space for all our daily operations and meetings. The 110017 area is quite active, so there is always something going on right outside the door. It is not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular house that we have turned into a workspace. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve some local travel or meetings at the desk. The building has its quirks, like any older place in Delhi, but it suits us fine. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. We like being in Savitri Nagar because it feels more like a community than just a business district. You get to know the shopkeepers and the people living on the block. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic nearby, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of the business, keeping things simple and honest. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words, just doing the work as it comes to us. It’s a busy life here in South Delhi.
