We've been working out of the 5-C, Pocket A3 spot in Kalkaji Extension for a while now. It's a busy corner of New Delhi. Dealing with packages and getting things where they need to go keeps us on our toes every day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we handle the paperwork and make sure the trucks are moving. Haryana is just a stone's throw away, so we see a lot of traffic through here. Some days the traffic in 110019 is a real nightmare, but we manage. People come in with all sorts of things they need to send out. We just take them, label them, and get them on their way. It’s mostly just making sure the addresses are right and the boxes are taped up well. Our team has been around this neighborhood long enough that we know most of the shortcuts. It's not glamorous work, just logistics. We spend a lot of time on the phones or checking the computer screens. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a driver gets stuck in a jam near the extension. We just deal with it as it comes. It's what we do here in this part of Delhi. Every morning starts the same way with a cup of tea and a look at the day's schedule. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just a group of people trying to keep things moving. We’ve been here for years, and we know the routine.
